SBC Handbuilt Wheels!!!! ENO Hubs-turn any vertical drop out frame into a SS/Fixed Gear

Here at SBC we have the ability and lots of practice building wheels so if you ever want a special wheel for your bike pick out the hub spokes and rim (we'll be happy to help you) and come on down to the shop to get one of our highly skilled wheel builders to lace it up, bring it up to tension and finalize it for you. The bike featured in these pictures is a FUJI road bike that is a few years old. Our customer had us build him a wheel with a White Industries ENO hub. The ENO hub allows you to turn any bike with vertical dropouts into a Singlespeed or Fixed gear bike. The ENO is an eccentric hub that allows you to tension the chain through the hub rather than moving the wheel back on horizontal dropouts. Notice that this is a team issue JV SQUAD bicycle, one of very few!

USA Made Cycling products

Sustainable products produced in the United States have become harder and harder to find these days but here at SBC we still try our best to stock products by companies who care about their impact on the world. Products made in the USA do create and preserve US jobs but that is only a fraction of the argument. Garments produced here ensure that the workers are paid a livable wage and work under decent conditions. This is in stark contrast to many of the other garments that we wear when they are produced in nameless factories overseas. Our primary bike line, Trek , the largest bike company in the country is the only major bicycle company to still make ANY frames in the United States.
